Every GasTran RPB is configured to your process. Key options include:

The two most critical factors in sizing an RPB to fit your process needs are gas and liquid loading levels, but we also understand space can be a limiting factor in your process environment. Below are basic guidelines of RPB sizes, but we will work with you to match the performance you need to the space you have.

Choose from a number of our developed packings or work with us on developing your own material through our packing testing and development program.

At GasTran we engineer our frames and tanks out of 316 Stainless Steel as a standard option but if your process requires an alternative material for corrosion or cost options we can work with you.

We have a standard list of suppliers we work with for mechanical components like seals, bearings, and drive motors, but we are flexible to work with your preferred suppliers or electrical characteristics.

We have developed our RPBs to meet many critical pressure vessel requirements around the world including ASME, CRN, and PED. If your install location or process application requires a certification, we can meet it.

Design Services

We will work with you through the process of sizing and design and deliver a full drawing package to a preferred manufacturing partner. We can also offer fabrication, testing and install support.

RPB maintenance

Work with our team to help maintain or repair your existing RPB. After an initial audit, we’ll provide a quote to have your machine running like new. We also carry a wide array of standard replacement parts.
